Changes to Home Loans
Home loan borrowers may notice some changes to the home loan application and assessment process over the coming weeks, thanks to the introduction of National Consumer Credit Protection (NCCP) and predicted changes to home loan exit fees.
According to Loan Market Illawong mortgage broker, Paul Wrightson, these changes won't make a lot of difference to a well-prepared home loan applicant, but it pays to be aware of what they mean to you as a borrower.
