Australia’s largest independent mortgage broker, Loan Market Group, and Ray White Real Estate are running a free seminar on the Gold Coast on buying property in today’s market.
Loan Market Group Chief Executive Officer Jennifer Nielsen said the seminar will be held at ‘Legends’ at Surfers Paradise on Tuesday, December 30.
Ms Nielsen said the seminar will include advice on how to take advantage of the current market conditions when looking for property.
“If your New Year’s resolution is to buy property or move to the Gold Coast then this seminar should prove invaluable,” she said.
Ms Nielsen said the increase in the First Home Buyers’ Grant and the provision of $21,000 for first home buyers purchasing newly constructed homes had reinvigorated interest at the lower to middle end of the property market.
“Conditions are a lot more favourable for those wanting to enter the property market, with improved concessions and home mortgage rates on the way down,” she said.
Andrew Bell of The Ray White Surfers Paradise Group said the seminar would be beneficial to first home buyers or experienced property investors.
“We will explain how to make the most of the current market conditions to find the right property and the right housing finance,” he said.
